I took Kendall’s dog on a long ski tour, where he found a bone & buried it later in the snow because he was tired. Like we’ll be back there 😀 ?

Yes. They got another Samoyed dog after the 1st one was shot. I know because then there were 2 dogs (only one dog on that ski tour). The other one was from the pound. He howled with the coyotes at the cabin & looked like one.
Also off the mountain coyote dog laid in streams to cool off. The Samoyed had heavy long white fur but he didn’t lie in water. I saw him crook his leg under, to follow coyote dog example in the water. But he quickly changed his mind. Dogs are governed by their breed I guess.

I, too, am part of the target audience. My radar is always tuned for dogs.
