Yay!

Kaitlin and Torben are on vacation until after the new year. Yay, them! And Andy and I finished writing the cheerfully firm letter to our insurance company — listing all the calls we’ve made to Customer Service, and that no, we’re not going to jump through the new hoop they have proposed. The ball is in their court now.

I enjoyed doing it with Andy last night. One of my favorite questions is, “How can I get this done and enjoy the process.” It usually works for me.

So there’s plenty to celebrate here. What about with you?

I am glad that you have much to be happy about. I went out of town on an errand and completed it successfully, had a great lunch in excellent company and returned to find that the money borrowed from me had been returned. What more could one ask for?
