So Much for Competence

Unfortunately government is about power and influence, not so much about making things work well. I’m glad I don’t have to live in that environment.

    I think that all the countries of the world are suddenly forced to take strong good looks at their education systems. I have been reading about yours and the UK’s and we have our own problems and a lot is expected of our new Minister for Human Resources in the Center. Here is an article which takes a look at her first year’s hit rate.

    one of your biggest problems IMHO is BIG – big continent, just one country… so many people spread across/up/down your BIG landmass.

      Yes, our country is huge, and the people have so many different cultures. It’s amazing it works as well as it does.
