Best Friends

Glenn and Buzz are two dogs up for adoption, but they’re a package deal.

That’s because Glenn, a Jack Russell Terrier, is blind. He gets around with the help of Buzz, a large Staffordshire Bull Terrier who acts as his guide dog.
ABC7 Los Angeles

The two were rescued from a tunnel in northeastern England and are now at an animal rescue center. They both get upset when they’re apart for even a few minutes, so when they find a loving home, they will go together.

That’s the kind of news I don’t mind reading!

It will be a cakewalk to find a home for them here.

It would be here here, too, although they are about 9 and 10 years old, which may be one reason they were abandoned. But their love for one another is irresistible.

    how wonderful is that.
reminds me of the blind horse and the little goat. they were inseparable.
the little goat would take the horse to a favorite grazing spot every day. and stay right there with it. then he would take the horse back home.
they even slept together in the barn. when the old horse died the little goat would go and lie beside his grave. love. pure and simple.
    animals are so special.

Well, I was going to share a similar story about two great Danes.
It was also a touching story and brought a tear to my eye, especially given the fact that the one with no sight was white.
I went to find a link for you and not such a happy ending.
So thank you for this story. I needed to read a happier one!
