Almost Done for Now

They worked on the road down from the fire station yesterday morning/early afternoon. No pictures of that, but Andy took two pictures as he drove up in the morning:

Fog in Valle Grande, ~6:30 a.m.

Our house from a distance, ~6:45 a.m.

They don’t know when the backhoe will be available, probably Tuesday or Wednesday morning. As I’ve said, I’m glad Andy will get to sleep in for a couple of days. Orlando hopes they’ll need the backhoe for only one day, so that won’t be so bad.

My boss used to own a backhoe.
When he was on that thing, it was hard to get him off.
He just wanted to level everything.

Cindi, I wish that I had had a backhoe to flatten some of my bosses!

nice pictures, the 2nd one looks like the land is covered in heather like shrubs but I guess it is the light v camera haze coming through – you could frame that one 🙂
