Agreed. We also kill other animals just for sport and trophies.

Clearly nature doesn’t care about individuals or even species if she lets humans get so out of control.
the value placed on different things by different people – sure is interesting… and we usually just don’t see until it hits our home base (unless of course, you’ve had one two many for the road, and you start seeing things that aren’t there, “normally” )
A lot of interpersonal problems occur because people think everyone looks at the world the way they do. It takes a lot of time to understand one another.
