I agree with Koko. Andy and I love beautiful scenery, but it’s not enough. We want our projects to play with too. What about you?

Beautiful scenery is enough for me. I can stand on the top of Slieve Donard (the highest mountain in Northern Ireland) and just gawp and gawp at the incredible views.

How often do you go there? Is it far? We’re a bit spoiled here. It was even better 40 years ago when we first arrived — the air was a lot clearer so the distant views were breathtaking. That doesn’t happen nearly so often now.

Scenery is enough for me unless my dog is also with me. If the dog wants to play, it is only fair that I play with her.

  4. Raeside is wonderful. I’ve seen this one in my local paper, and think it deserves an audible chuckle!

  5. Linda Sand says:

My husband is fine with the views but I need my stick.

  6. Cindi says:

yeah, I need a stick too.

  7. Cathy in NZ says:

I need a comfortable folding chair, so I can sit and muse at the world unfolding before me – musing on who live where, the flora and fauna, whether or not something is encroaching on the pleasant scene before me. Before I leave make sure I’ve taken the stick with me – wander down to wherever, have a nice cold beer and a snack and then go home to suburbia 🙂

Yes, we appreciate things more when we have a bit of variety. As long as it doesn’t come too fast for us to savor our experiences.

  8. Rummuser says:

Not unless I am going to be permanently in a place without them.
