Challenges

As some of you know, I’m a great believer in optimizing stress.

But the challenges I choose are a lot less physically risky!

    holy moly
    the things people do. one little stone placed just so on that route…
    and it would all be over for him going at that speed.

    I re~read your optimal stress post. and i’d heard that once before too…
    that a life with no stress is not particularly healthy.

    one wonders what stresses monks and nuns have …
    maybe the sound of chewing in the silence of the cloister dining hall?
    I know it would drive ME crazy! 🙂

  3. Whew! Is the guy brave, or just an idiot! He could be maimed for life in one wrong move! I know we all need a little stress to accomplish anything in this life, but I’ll choose something a little less suicidal!
