Hooray for hobbies. I would be lost without mine.

The media’s obsession with Trump overshadowed all the other candidates, including Clinton, and gained him the nomination and the election. Without the constant attention from the media, I don’t think he would have made it to the White House. I, too, have stopped paying much attention and am focusing on other things.

Yes, the press messed up by giving him so much coverage because he was so colorful. Now the whole thing is just sordid and sad.

Yep, too many other things to concern myself with.

I’ve not been listening or reading much about world politics or for that matter much of regular news – i.e. I believe we have our elections some time this year…

And instead, I too just doing my own thing…including a major reshuffle of what I’m going to be re-starting art-wise this coming week.

If so many of the public didnt reward those who gave attention to the fluff by attending more to it, so more advertisers support it, so publishers publish it, cause news is commercial entertainment now and no longer public service, cause corporate caters to stockholders and they only care about profit — maybe an intervention is needed. Yep, we need a new hobby!
