so that’s how it’s done. oh my goodness. disturbing to me. i have two knives in my house. one serrated and the other plain. even at that they’re not razor sharp. but they get the job done!
I imagine most butchers don’t do that without protection. It would be interesting to know the story behind the video.
You wouldn’t catch me either!
It pays to have some sense!
That can’t be in the U.S.!? OSHA wouldn’t allow it. All my fingers would be gone before I finished the first chicken!
My fingers would be gone too! OSHA sometimes gets ridiculous, but there’s a reason it exists.
