A Favorite Picture

I’m still spending a lot of time organizing old files and pictures, and this picture of Kaitlin is one of my all-time favorites. It warms my heart and puts a smile on my face every time I look at it.

Do you have some favorite photos? What warms your heart?

  1. A happy child, and a lucky one, to be getting a ride on someone’s back! It’s a gorgeous picture, and her expression is so genuine.

There are many but an all time favourite is a similar one of Ranjan’s being carried up by a turban wearing porter when we went up to the Karla Caves

I have lots that I like to look at – including the grainy shots I took with my Instantmatic when I was on safari/journeys on the continent of Africa in the early 1970s!

One of my favorite photos is of our then 5-year old pointing at the plastic strip laid down to indicate the finish line of the snowshoe race while she asked me if it was OK to step on that. She won anyway.

I don’t have that many photos, I’m not one for taking them. But what warms my heart is just cosy conversations with Jenny or a good friend.
