Yes, I like vegetables.
Nature can still be harsh, even for vegetarians.
I know it’s nature. and simply life. but I can’t watch most of those shows.
the visuals stay with me too long.

I still have two visuals from Planet Earth. Gorgeous videos, and no one was eaten, but still profoundly sad.
I’m certainly not a person who likes this type of show…I have tendency to hope that the music overshadows the sounds, and I close my eyes or change channels! Or if another is in the room, leave fast…
I never watch shows where animals get caught and eaten. It’s bad enough knowing it happens!
I don’t watch these shows, either. But I am very glad different people like different things so we don’t all show up in the same place at the same time. 🙂
Yes, Andy and I hate cities, but we’re glad so many people like living in them. There are still some wide open spaces. 🙂
This is so true, and I honestly can’t figure out why some people like some of the things they do!

Oh, I don’t know. I figure we’re all a bunch of nuts, why shouldn’t men have fads too? Life is too short not to enjoy it.

I did watch something that goes against everything that defines me.
(I HATE snakes. It’s not the worry of a bite but rather their movement. That winding and wrapping and… I can’t take it!)

That one got my heart racing! Thanks for telling me it had a happy ending, otherwise I couldn’t have watched. Some people glorify nature. They forget how scary it can be.
