Animal Rescues

Two heartwarming stories about humans rescuing animals. The first was about two ice skaters who helped a moose that had broken through the ice and was stuck in a pond:

The second is about a cat whose paws got frozen in some ice.

People don’t always have to risk their necks to save a life.

No, they don’t, but I have seen clips of people doing that too to save animal lives.

  2. Great outcomes for the animals, and animal lovers!

    so heart warming.
and in a way I think the moose rescuers were risking their lives…
it would have been bad had they fallen through the ice accidentally themselves. hypothermia would have been almost immediate.
and I watched another clip about the same kitty rescue right after the one you chose. even not understanding russian it appeared that they were going to keep it! it was very loving and calm with them. perhaps it was even their own cat. but i’m so glad for both outcomes!

didn’t watch the whole cat one, got all sad about the whole saga, the frozen whiskers etc…
