    how cute, and adorable

I needed that CM, how did you know? 🙂

Got down in the dumps last evening, all because someone asked me an innocent question to do with my past. I didn’t actually tell her the whole truth, but when I got home – I felt extremely guilty – although in hindsight it was good that I gave only a short/sweet answer.

I went further down the dark rabbit hole, until I realised how far I have come since those very dark days – and I know I ain’t going to go back, so I smartly jumped out of the rabbit hole and slapped the hatch back on it…

I think a few days away at the retreat place in order, probably going early next week…

Take it from a seasoned retreat goer, nothing like going off on them to recharge your batteries and to get your total system in alignment. Have a great retreat.

Sorry Monk, the above comments were for Cathy.

You have no idea how often Chutki does this to me. She somehow seems to sense when I am hitting a low and will come and nestle up to me. They must have a sixth sense for this.

thanks rummuser 🙂 i understand how things happen with this plasticy paper, I have a keyboard that moves about – so my letters end up jumbled but one of my fingers on my right hand – doesn’t even need to be shown the back space key… automatically happens.

Having granddogs is great. You get all the benefits of Chutki without the work. 😀
