They were planted years before the fire and came back even though they had burned down to the ground. Beautiful, fragrant and resilient. What more could one ask for. 🙂

I’m pretty happy, even though it’s wintery…the idea of being a “real” photographer is ticking my mind, nicely. Whether I’m out and about OR making scene shots indoors. Got some ideas in my melting pot mind on what/where/etc…

Lilacs-one of my favorite shrubs. Many varieties, and each one is sooo fragrant!

I am very. Our garden is being re-designed. I can’t wait for everything to be finished to write a blog post about it.
