Friday night Andy went to bed around 9 at the sleep center, and he got up about 5 yesterday morning. He says with the aid of a sleeping pill he got about 5 hours of sleep. It wasn’t restful sleep, so when he got home about 5:30 he slept another couple of hours here.
We’re not expecting much help from the study. They had asked him to take the sleeping pill, so we’re assuming they won’t be able to tell him why he has trouble falling asleep without one. We’ll know more in two weeks, when the results come back. As usual, we will let you know.
I’ll be interested to hear if they come up with anything.
So will we!
I would have thought that a sleep study would be via natural means, not adding a sleeping pill.
And I believe, there are sleeping pills and sleeping pills v human and human…
Anyway, let’s see what the study turns up 🙂
The fact that they suggested Andy take a sleeping pill is why we’ll be surprised if they can help. But we are curious to see what they say.
When Andy takes a pill it’s usually one half of the lowest dose they make. It’s sometimes enough to help a little bit.
