It was cold and windy with snow showers yesterday morning. Andy and Peter were checking that the solar panels were level by filling them with water and making sure the water level in the pipes were the same for all panels. They had to stop when the sun came out because the water started boiling.
The steam was blowing the water out of the pipes. There is no doubt that the panels will heat some water.

I’ll say… It was indeed boiling. Given I have no expertise in solar panels that is a bit amazing to me, especially given the fact you stated that it was snowing and windy!
And also that the solar panels are angled to get less sun in the summer and the most in the winter.
