Thermometer Cables

Yesterday Andy ran the cables from the thermometers in the solar panels down to the house so he can read the temperatures there. (The temperatures will tell him when the panels are warm enough to heat water.)

The first step is to run the cables through the conduits to the hole in the roof.

I would have never been able to do ten percent of what Andy has been able to because I am clueless about this kind of technology. Give me an automobile and I can play!

    OH! That’s what you do.

Getting the wires through the conduit was a bit tricky. Andy had to thread a wire puller/fish tape up through the conduit, hook it on the wires and pull them through. (The wires weren’t stiff enough to push through from the top.)
