The rat zapper in the truck got yet another rat yesterday. That makes a total of eleven rats in less than two weeks — four in the well house, seven in the truck. As I’ve said, Andy usually gets only one or two rats a year, so there’s a lot more of them this year.
As usual, Andy put the rat outside on the ground.
A raven was watching him from about 50 yards away, but it didn’t seem interested in the rat. Andy went for a couple walks, and when he came back over an hour later the rat was still there.
Presumably the bumper crop of rats and rabbits means there’s been a plentiful food supply for predators and scavengers. The raven must not have been very hungry.

Now you can create a new saw. It is raining rats and ravens.
And rabbits. 🙂
