Rats and Culverts

Two more rats from the truck. The numbers are now

Well house — 4
Truck —9

And we had 0.8 inches of rain in a half hour Sunday evening. The culverts needed some attention but were not seriously blocked. It was a lot better than it could have been.

They seem to be trained kamikaze! Or may be trained by the Taliban.

Maybe they are sensing something about the upcoming winter season… or not. 😉

We are facing several days of rain here in southwestern Montana. That, combined with the cooler temperatures, means we will be staying at lower elevations the next few nights — about 6000 feet. 😉 The campground we were at in Yellowstone is predicted to have a rain/snow mix tomorrow night. It’s at 7800 feet.

We’re assuming they’re trying to prepare for winter.

I hope the cold, wet weather isn’t spoiling your fun. At least you can be flexible.
