Andy says the lights are a lot more visible now that they’re outside. He tried different color combinations:
The yellow and the green are a bit too bright compared to the red and the blue, so he’s going to order lower wattage bulbs for them, but it looks promising. The big test will be if they can survive the weather. That is not a certainty, but we will let you know.

There is plenty of time!
As Cathy would say, it depends. We will let you know.
You and Andy seem to be great collaborators in this project. We are awaiting the final result!
I’m just the cheerleader — he’s doing all the work.
this is fun!
Yes! 🙂
looking good!
We’re driving up tomorrow night so I can see it too. And we ordered some less-bright yellow and green lights tonight.
of course it depends – but Andy bring back the GREEN one – better than that wishy washy blue thing!
Have no fear, we’ve just ordered another green and yellow one, ones that aren’t so overpowering. We also ordered another red one. The idea is to have one white, two reds, and one each green, yellow and blue.
We drove up tonight so I could see the red, white, and blue ones, and it was easy to see they were colored lights — they didn’t merge to form white. That plus the moonlit night was exciting.
