It was overcast and a bit gloomy down here yesterday, but not up where Andy was. He was above it all.
Even though it was below freezing outside, it was over 70° F inside the house, because of both the heat coming from the floor and the sun streaming in the windows. The sun recharged the batteries for the photovoltaic system, and Andy turned on the solar heating panels to pump more heat into the floor before he plowed the roads for a couple of hours.
After that he took a two-three mile walk, then worked on his electronics. All in all, a great day.

Now those are views from a lofty perspective! I admire your way of life, and especially your use of solar heating..you and Andy have made some great choices!
We don’t live up there, of course. We live in an apartment in town, but he goes up every day. It’s a beautiful place for him to use his many talents.
