Iran has tested a missile. To the best of my recollection the pact does not cover missiles. There has been no nuclear test anywhere and even the so called hydrogen bomb of North Korea was believed to have been an ordinary explosion. But cartoonists can be forgiven for taking liberties!
A Security Council resolution may cover the missile test, but Obama was naïve in thinking Iran would be less aggressive because of the nuclear deal. Iran is certainly trying to stir things up by taunting Israel.
Obama is trying to get out of the morass in the Middle East, but I’m guessing his predecessor might be more assertive. At the moment America is still king of the mountain, and we know what happens in that game.
