I’m not sure Europe should be embarrassed — it should be more worried about its own populist movements. Even the Wall Street Journal, a conservative paper, is running a series on the economic reasons for the political turmoil. It says,
The 2016 election is shaping up in large part as a referendum on an economic model that is widely seen as failing.
the cartoonists are having a ball for sure…of course, that also comes across in a very unfortunate entertaining way – as you say Jean, Trump gets free publicity.

Trump gets the credit for livening things up — that’s why he gets so much free publicity. They’re both scary, but Hillary is more depressing.
