agree, there are lesser things I might attempt – although not quite this – I’m not even keen on stormy nights, I get into bed and attempt to block it out!
but on the other hand filming it – does graphically show us (mortals) what happens…and how one can get out of it – if you don’t “freeze up in shock”
I know two fellows who got caught in an avalanche when they were hiking years ago. One was very agile, rolled with the force and wasn’t hurt at all. The other one spent a few weeks in a hospital and had a limp for the rest of his life.
Not me either!
🙂
They are crazy! But if you are into it, I guess racing an avalanche would be considered the height of adventure!
Yes, it will be a story they will tell again and again. 🙂
and it has nothing to do with my age.
I wouldn’t have wanted to do anything like that at ANY time in my life! 😀
Me neither!
I’ll pass, thanks. I never got into much downhill skiing, anyway. I preferred cross country on the local golf course.
I’m with you. I tried downhill skiing one year, but decided I liked cross country a lot better Now I don’t even do that.

Nope.
I did a few really dumb things when I was young
and stupid.
Now, no way.
I did a few dumb but fun things when I was younger, but nothing physically dangerous.
