The other day she was blowing bubbles. Quite literally – there were bubbles out of her mouth. She seemed fine, but it was concerning. The next morning as I was escorting Sam downstairs there was a bar of soap from the guest bathroom. Right in the middle of the stairs. Mystery solved!
Tempi is one endearing pup, and so is Sammy.

how I love them both.
“jaws” sweet little INNOCENT face! LOL!
and sammy’s adorable constant smile.
love from afar yes. but nevertheless heartfelt! XO
Actually Jaws would have been a good name for Sammy when he was younger. When we tried to give him and Banshee toys that they had to manipulate to get the treat out, Banshee would try it for a short time, then give it to Sammy who would demolish it with his strong jaws. 🙂
I’m with you, I don’t see them much, but they do warm my heart.
I think that I will name the next pup that we will get as Bubbles!
A great name for a dog with a bubbly personality!
Some of us need to wash our mouths out with soap periodically.
😀
I wonder if she learned not to chew on soap? I can’t imagine it was a pleasant experience.
LOL
What cuties they are – But I have to say, Sammy grabs my heart, those eyes are so soul filled!
And I have to chuckle about the bubbles – One of our dogs once ate a box of red jello. At first I thought she was bleeding, then I found the chewed up box! 🙂
Yes, Sammy has great eyes and his smile blows me away.
That’s funny about the red jello. 🙂
those are cheap “eat-ups” when I was dealing with some business last week, and mentioned “I don’t want to have to get a passport, they so expensive” and the woman said “tell me about, my dog chewed a whole corner off mine, and because we are going overseas, I’ve had to get a new one…” I looked suitably sad and then she said “i spoke to my dog and said next time you want to chew something, let me know you & i will give something less valuable…” she then said the dog, just looked at her, as if she had lost her marbles!!!
I love it! Poor woman. 🙂
