Flipping fear into curiosity is a gift.
—Cory Richards, Adventure Photographer
Amen to that. But it’s not just fear — it also applies to frustration or any other debilitating emotion.
Stay curious and open to life. No matter what happens keep learning and growing. Find what you love and find a way to share it with others.
It’s not always easy to do, but it’s a lot better than feeling helpless.

“Stay curious” is also used in the health fields. What would happen if I made this change to my food? What would happen if I made this change to my exercise? Etc. Much better than saying, “My doctor says I have to…”
That makes a lot of sense.
Curiosity killed the cat, but satisfaction brought it back.
Yes. 🙂
I’m endlessly curious. I always want to know more about the people I meet and the world around me. If I get the chance, I can easily fire questions at people till they feel almost under siege. There’s so much in the world that’s utterly baffling, and I’m always trying to make more sense of it all.
I ask a lot of questions too. If someone seems puzzled, I add,
gosh, I seem to either missed the Mail or I still haven’t peered at inbox hard enough…
I was curious whether I could listen to an audio book on my laptop – yep, I can and I’ve listened to most of it – skipped a chapter. It wasn’t a novel…
It’s fun to learn new things like that, isn’t it? Audiobooks are a blessing for those of us with eyestrain.
