I consider myself a very happy person. their quiz is rather odd to me.
almost a ‘set of rules’ to follow. and no wonder the happiest people fall in the farthest age range. they have learned that certain ‘rules of living’ are made to be broken! LOL!
PLUS. I chose wrong on the happiest part of the country.
then I saw their answer. the south. and I thought … “of course!”
I have my own theory on that. it’s the FOOD! have you ever eaten food from the south? it ain’t called comfort food for nothin’! of course it also leads to heart attacks. but then everything has its down side. 😀

I think that I got some answers wrong because I just did not ever have to make a study of being happy.
One size doesn’t fit all, so keep on doing what you’ve been doing. No need it make it complicated. For example:
It seems more a test of general knowledge than of happiness. Anyway I got 79% for what it’s worth….
