Sounds good! It probably wouldn’t work as well for me. When I was helping to nurse my mother when she was dying I had trouble eating. Knitting helped, so did working word puzzles (in 1995, before iPads and the internet) and taking walks.
kind of hibernate – until the winds change – “small rough patch this morning, a few hours before due to come home so ate breakfast and then zoomed back under the bedcovers for 45 mins until I really had to pack up the rest of the stuff and get on my way home…” home now
now a few days later – definitely a success – one I will be repeating regularly…
it’s Monday, and I’ve taken out my handmade pages – and already affixed some extra bits to some of the pages – whilst some will need to see the glue, I have them lined up – feeling good
also the photo of the sea-side has got a huge thumbs up from mentor…
