I sure hope it’s a parody. So many ‘Mericans rave about things of which they know nothing it could be real but those “winds” caused by vehicles passing…
I’m giving the fellow the benefit of the doubt and saying it’s a parody in this case. I still stick to my opinion that “we’re all a bunch of nuts” though.
