Valentine’s Day — Modern Version

Then there’s the sentiment going around the web.

Unlike the government, my love for you will never shut down.

And one sentiment was briefly across the bottom of my screen this morning — I was moving to another link when I caught a glimpse of it:

Love is patient, love is kind, and love really, really loves chocolate.

It made my morning. 😀

Happy Valentine’s Day!

oh how cute! I love them all!
I bought groceries this morning and felt so cheerful!
had lunch with the Marine and stopped afterward at Starbucks.
I bought a caramel vanilla Frappuccino! OH DELISH! icy cold.
not doing sugar makes it a rare treat and even more appreciated.
it’s 70 degrees here and to drop to 40 for our high tomorrow. I have one window totally open! that’s what I call a great V day!

Love them all. If love really loves chocolate then tomorrow would be a good day to go out and buy all those leftover Valentines boxes when they go on sale…lol
    Happy Valentines Day

We’ll check the sales when we go shopping tomorrow night — Andy has a sweet tooth. We mark the seasons by what candy they display. Easter is next, then no candy featured until after the back-to-school sales when they load the shelves with Halloween candy. That’s a long dry period!

Oh, those are just great, love the one about the shutdown:)

Happy Valentine’s Day to all of you!!!
