Imagination is more important than knowledge.
—Albert Einstein
No doubt some politicians in this “alternative fact” era agree with him, but I’m pretty sure that’s not what Einstein had in mind.

I’ve run across a few people who’s knowldedge is all imagination. 🙂
Yes, I know some “think-they-know-it-all”s too. No sense confronting them with facts because they’re so certain they are right.
as in they’re imagining they’re knowledgeable? 😀
They don’t call it that, they KNOW.
I think it depends on what you do with that imagination.
I believe facts are important too. Einstein came up with new ideas but his theories needed to be checked out.
I’ve just had a phonecall with someone who “KNOWS” why I should -not- go somewhere south…they spent a few minutes suggesting other places that might not be “cold” – people have this fixation that I might be going to go skinny dipping or similar…or that I don’t know that more layers will be okay…and so what if it’s COLD!
What’s that saying “you can’t know a thing unless you’ve experienced it…” so if I’m cold whose fault is that…at least I will KNOW why I shouldn’t have gone south…at this time of the year
Apparently these KNOW-ALLS think it would be better later…like summer!
But I don’t want to experience that time of the year in the “south” 🙂
Yes, opinionated people who won’t listen and consider other viewpoints, especially when it’s about other people’s lives! No, it doesn’t matter what the other person has to say about their preferences, experiences. The opinionated person is always correct. 🙁
