    The second one makes me wonder if that is the reason people these days seem to want to erase history. Or at least parts of it that offend them.

      I’ve been interested in personal growth since I was a kid. It’s a great hobby because there’s a lot to learn and plenty of chances to practice.

    these are all good. the first one reminds me of one of my favorites I learned in Overcomers group.
    When the pain of staying the same, is greater than the pain of change, we will change…..

    I learned a lot about that last one when someone said what we need to do is change the stories we tell ourselves. We aren’t sad when someone dies until we learn about that death and tell ourselves to be sad. If instead, we tell ourselves the story about rejoicing that they had such a wonderful life our feelings will change, too.
