Andy sent an email saying he got up there by 11:55 this morning. He left here at 9, and it usually takes over an hour to drive up the way he went.
He said there were about a dozen trees across our driveway, and he cut a path wide enough for the Jeep to get through. Everything is OK up here…the ladder is still up, the Christmas tree is still on the roof, no shingles are missing from shed, etc. He added he might still have enough energy to take a walk.
Yay, Andy!
(I suppose I shouldn’t mention how little I’ve gotten done today? 😀 )

Wow, how does he have s much energy??
😀
I would like to know what vitamin he takes too! 😀 xoxo
😀
That man is a fount of energy. Maybe that’s who Ponce de Leon was in search of a few years ago.
🙂
I like Catalyst’s comment!
The love of your life is a trooper. And, on that note, I’m glad there was no damage done to the “homestead”.
Thanks. 🙂
That must have been some drive. Glad he made it there safe. I would have been out of energy after the drive.
I would too. It makes me tired just thinking about it. 🙂
Andy must be quite an expert in tree removal by now!
He’s had a lot of practice.
if he has any energy left over, we both could use a little extras shot of it. looks like he will be cutting trees until the end of the year
A neighbor helped today (Friday). I’ll write about it tomorrow (Saturday).
I need some of that energy, too. I am glad no shingles were missing and that the Christmas tree is still there.
It is amazing that the tree wasn’t damaged.
I’m stunned. … And awed!
I agree, it boggles the imagination.
Andy is amazing and boggles my mind!
🙂
Yes. 🙂
I agree with everyone just WOW
