There was no wind Sunday, so Andy took the Christmas tree down from the roof.
He said it was so cold his fingers were starting to get numb, so the support will have to wait for another time.

bless his heart! another season in the bag. š
and the support doesn’t even look all that bad up there anyway! xo
He took it down today. Another calm day and warmer than Sunday.
Gosh, it looks kind of dangerous!!
He tries to be careful and only goes up when there is no wind.
Iād just leave the support up there for next year!

I would too, but it’s made of wood and he’s afraid it would rot. He took it down today.
That’s the trouble with outside decorations. You have to deal with the cold.
Yes. š
I shudder thinking of him on that roof getting it down. I can’t remember, does he have someone with him when he goes up there? Nervous Nellie Me is fretting thinking he might not. I did not know those twisty lighbulbs come in colors until I see these on the corners
He goes up alone. Our neighbor offered to help, but Andy needs to go up when there’s no wind and he can’t predict that.
At least that part is done…andcthe support really doesn’t look terrible. The temps sound like here the past few days.
He took it down today. š
What Cindi said!
… Is there any reason it can’t stay up ’til next year?
He was afraid it might rot so he took it down today.
Yikes, much too dangerous. Tell him to leave it there or get some help.
I suggested he leave it, but he took it down today.
well everyone has said, what I might have said… and it looks like Andy wanted to take it down, as is his usual stance…
He was determined, so it’s down. š
