We got our second boster shot yesterday afternoon. Andy’s arm is a bit sore, but no other effects. Mine is sore and I’ve been feeling wiped out so am sleeping a lot. If history is any guide I should be back to normal tomorrow…I’ll let you now.

good luck! XO
Thanks. I’m starting to feel better already.
Hoping to have an opportunity for ours soon!
I hope it goes smoothly. 🙂
I’m hoping to get mine next week. I responded more like you but it’s a small price to pay for the piece of mind getting that booster.
Amen to that!
Glad you’ve had such little reaction to that 2nd booster.
Thanks. 🙂
We got ours a week ago! Sore arms, and it did make me really tired. But that is such a small price to pay for such protection.
I agree. 🙂
glad to see from the comments that you’re already feeling better. I haven’t heard of any bad side effects yet from the booster
The effects tend to be mild and more than worth it.
The gov’t here is still deciding on the 2nd booster shot for those vulnerable – well that’s my reading of what they are considering. Actually, I’ve got more and more off-edge with mandatory or now abandoned pieces of paper, apps, tracking and the like. Rather I’m just “playing it safe” as I now start going out a bit more…still not gone and done big retail therapy shopping or actually sat in a cafe (Inside or outside) but have bought food to munch on a park bench or similar.
I’m hoping they will decide soon. We’re happy they finally authorized it here.
I am trying to decide if i am going to get the 2nd booster. everyone says the side effects if any, only last 24 hours, some get mild some get worse, but only for a day. I don’t think the medical people know what the heck they are doing. was this one free? some are having to pay for them now. the only bad side effects i have heard of was on a blog the man has neuorapathy in his feet and it kicked it into hard pain for 24 hours.
Ours were covered by our insurance and we think we would have been crazy not to get it. Even Bruce’s side effects were over in a day.
I am glad the side effects dont last too long…
They went as expected, the same as for my second Shingles shot and my first Covid booster. Well worth getting the shot.
