wow, I did not even think of the wildlife danger of them running loose. I only thought about them getting away. glad the leashes were on. this is so cool.

I shudder to think what could have happened without the leash. Do you think she would actually chase something that much bigger than her?
Oh,yes. She chased an elk once…they are big too. That’s when she had to be on a leash when we went for walks.

the leash is certainly good – but I suppose now that summer is beckoning the bears have left their winter hideouts – and ready to start loading up for next winter…
