My Super Cool Grandpups

Kaitlin sent this message and pictures yesterday morning.

We saw a dog a few weeks ago wearing googles. So Torben ordered some for the girls. Tempi really seems to hold her head out of the car more with them on. Zoe somehow manages to get hers off quite a bit…

Later she wrote:

The funny thing is I thought they each should have a dedicated pair. So I put a “T” on one pair, and a “Z” on the other. Randomly, but very stylish of course with a fancy silver Sharpie. Torben didn’t worry about it when he put them on but Tempi kept ripping hers off. He realized he had put the “Z” on Tempi, and once he switched them things went much better. She cracks me up!

I am thinking Tempi can read and knew the T was hers. Its good she can remind him.. they both look totaly cool in their goggles and I have missed seeing them since they moved. That last shot of Tempi gave me the goggle giggles…. so sweet

How cool looking! Yes, dogs can get things blown into their eyes when they hang their head out the car window!

  4. That would crack me up too but dogs do know what toys and ‘clothes’ belong to them.

  5. Happy pups!
… and me, too, seeing them here!

Very cool for sure. They look very nice in their goggles. And it really is so much safer for them if they put their heads out the window.

  7. Years ago, we had a dog that loved putting his head out the window – He got something in his eye, so with the vets recommendation, I got him a pair of ‘doggles.’ What a difference they made, and like your Grandpups, he looked pretty darn cool too! –Ya can’t help but smile when you see them on!!

That is so funny that Tempi kept trying to take off the pair that weren’t hers. They look very cool in their goggles.
