Beautiful photos. Hoarfrost got my husband a prize in a photo contest and yet a camera can’t capture the sparkle of the sun coming through it.
I agree. But I love the photos too.

I’d love to have #5 or #7 of these on a giant canvas!
I especially like the last one because that little shed was the first building after the fire. For one winter (2011-2012) it was up there all by itself. A symbol of grit and resilience.
Wow! Not much is more beautiful than snow in the mountains. Is this snow and ice or just snow?

WOW! It does look pretty but obviously nothing you want to be driving around in.
There wasn’t much snow on the ground, but the air was cold.
