until the past 5 years of mostly drought, i would get upset if it rained more than a few minutes. now I watch out the window and do happy dances because its raining.. i like the photos a lot and so glad you got a little rain. we are not where we used to be but have had 60 second shower today, and every other day for a week, we get quick showers. enough to turn us green… now we are on hurricane watch until November… we are hoping for no floods of rain but the gentle rains we have been getting

Yes, I wouldn’t like to live in the Northwest where it rains a lot of the time.
We got a small shower this morning. We could really use some good rain and might get that tonight. But they are also using the severe storms description and THAT we don’t want.
