Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate

I have to keep reminding myself to drink water, otherwise I forget. Looking at the green hills helps.

They remind me how much difference a little water can make.

How close is this to where you live? I had thought you were more isolated? I always have to force myself to drink!

It’s from the porch of our apartment. We live down here and Andy goes up to the land almost every day. I go for special mini vacations. The drive is about an hour and fifteen minutes each way…in good weather and during the day.

  6. Beautiful place to live! I drink a lot of water, that isn’t a problem for me.

Someone once told me that drinking from a straw makes you drink more (water). Strange as it sounds, I think that’s right.

What a beautiful sight!!! I don’t mind drinking water in the warmer months, but it is very hard to take in enough in the winter.

forgot to say, we both forget to drink. each time I drink I tell him to drink. don’t use a straw, its bad for the digestive system and causes gas and bloating.. this is your research for today. ha ha
