We have gotten some rains.
Tuesday afternoon:
Notice the lack of parked cars. They’re repaving the parking lot and started with our section. They were about to start painting the stripes when the rain came, so they couldn’t do that until yesterday morning.
Then everyone had to move their cars back so they could start working on the next section.
Fortunately yesterday’s rain didn’t come until after they had finished for the day.

It’s been a few days since we’ve had rain.
They sure do take good care of the apartment complex you live in. That’s awesome.

we are getting blessed by rain every day and thunderstorms too. one per day, but they come and go in under 30 minutes. dump an inch of water in 10 minutes and gone. almost like normal used to be for here. but our temps are sweltering, low in low 80’s and highs to almost 100. and breathing out doors is like putting a wet hot cloth over our face
It’s hard when it doesn’t even cool off at night. But I’m happy you’re getting some rain.

We had a couple of brief downpours that last couple of days!
That’s a lot! Ours don’t last long.
Of course, the surest way to make it rain is to schedule a big outdoor project!

They are pouring concrete walls for the new addition here–between rain storms. I suspect they are behind schedule but it is fun to watch.

this last week been about fog and rain – here’s hoping this coming week a bit of a yellow glow out there. great that they are maintaining the complex
