This was a 2016 picture of the Silver Sneakers class I went to before Covid. I’m in the middle row, the third from the left. (Catherine and Linda may remember.)
I stopped going to the Y in 2020 because of Covid, but I rejoined Monday evening. I still won’t go in person, but I will see what Silver Sneakers and a couple of other zoom classes are like.
I’m glad they’re trying it.

Off hand, I’d say the men should all be grinning like Cheshire Cats, since they’re out-numbered 13 to 5! ‘Course that picture is 8 years old so the numbers may have changed. 8(
