That Isn’t Very Friendly!

If you were offered a choice to be anywhere else in the world this Christmas, would you take it? If so, where would you choose?

Hmmm, interesting question. I’ve seen pictures on Facebook of beautiful log cabins expertly decorated for Christmas. I’ve thought how wonderful that would be to have all my family spending a Christmas vacation together in one. As crazy as this sounds coming from someone who doesn’t like the snow much, it would be somewhere snowy.

    …different strokes for different folks.

I have no idea…wherever it would be, it would have to have the whole family or I would not enjoy it.

  4. Christine says:

    Happy to be at home

  5. At this stage of my life I am right where I want to be.

  6. Nope! I would be right where I am. Maybe moved in already to the new place a mile away, but right where I am. 🙂

Someplace where the summers are cooler and not hot, the winters are snowy and cold and there are no neighbors shooting guns, fireworks and making loud noises like the ones I have now (and I live in the country where it is supposed to be quiet). And of course I would never live anywhere without a dog or two or three.

Right where I am now. I am so content with what I have, and have no urge to roam at my age. Home is a comfort to me. What about you?

  9. Linda Sand says:

I really like where we live now since I don’t have to go out in the snow but I do have fond memories of the year we took a week long cruise from Hawaii over Christmas. Seeing an active lava flow at night looked like Christmas lights.

Provided my loved ones could come along, I’d love to be a) in Vienna, Austria or b) aboard a Transatlantic ocean liner.

  11. I’m fine right here at home too!

Tahiti sounds good to me. But anywhere there’s a warm ocean beach would be just fine.

That is a good question. At this point in my life, I think I am very happy to be at home:)

  14. Gosh, other than some place in the past I can’t think of a place I’d rather be other than at home. I’m content.

Oddly, right where I am, I am content with loved ones visiting me and then some great visits to family where I will be fed and watered.
The best of the season to you Jean. ?
