Is it worse than usual?
…I’m enjoying winter too, but spring will be welcomed when it comes.
Summer is the season I sometimes have trouble with.
I also like winter. Can’t imagine not having all the seasons…including the white one. 😉
I was raised in CA so was excited when we moved to somewhere with real seasons.
I always look forward to Winter even though ours is normally pretty light. Our last hard Winter was in 2021. Winter makes me that much more excited for Spring.
Winters here tend to be shorter than they are up north. That makes a big difference.

Since we are both retired and don’t have to go anywhere daily, I don’t mind winter. The only thing I don’t like about it is getting dark too early.
Not having to go out much makes a huge difference.
I don’t mind winter as long as I can still get out to walk. It is the bitter cold and ice I do mind. It is getting a bit old trying to get my steps in from inside:(

I like winter too, but it’s a marathon, so coping mechanisms make sense too.

I’m fine with winter now that I don’t have to go out in it. I was fine with it 50 years ago when I could go out and play in it. It’s those in between years that were troublesome.

I am ready for winter to be over…I am not even sure would be more okay with it if I didn’t have to get out and go every single day….I did have a week off from that with our last snow. We still have a lot of ice in our neighborhood from that. Piles of snow in parking lots.
Having to go out makes a big difference.
I am fine enjoy looking out at sunny days.
We get a lot of sunshine too, that makes a big difference.
I like Florida Winter, so far we are having no Florida winter, but 4 weeks of real cold and 4 days of drizzle and we are all three over it. we are used to warm winters and do not like cold.. nope, do not like winter
At least your winters don’t last very long. That’s something.
I have to admit that I like Ben’s idea there. I’m not much of a winter person. I don’t like being cold and I miss seeing all the color. Nothing makes me happier than seeing the trees turn all green again.
It’s worse for you having to go out almost every day, and having to worry about shoveling snow.
I love winter! (I don’t love summer. lol)

I waiting for our winds to stop. Since the fires in Los Angeles I worry about having one here. I feel like I have to work on a plan and put things in a special place if we had to leave. However, those are huge projects for me.
You could use a lot more rain!
