There were a lot more people there than there were Friday:

Sure enough, it was already above 40°F by 10:30 in the morning.

I let the cold keep me inside, only going out with beau to potty… we have all 3 become inside people for a month now, but the past 2 days bright sun had us in the low 70s, woo hoo. we all went out many times.

Good indicator of the temperature. It’s easier to go out when the weather is warmer.

Good for these guys and gals!
We’re warming up … which doesn’t make me a happy camper. Nevertheless, those who loathe Winter (like my hubby) will be more agreeable. (lol)

We are having warmer weather this week! The wind was still terrible yesterday but today I actually stepped outside with Copper and did not come in freezing.

We are having our annual January thaw this week. There’s not much snow to melt, though. It looks to me like we’ll have another year of drought.

    • Jean says:

Our January thaws used to come towards the beginning of the month. We’re going to have a problem with drought and forest fire worries.

  13. Ginny Hartzler says:

Good news! It is here as well. You are perceptive!

  14. Yes, that’s a big difference!

Ha Ha – that is funny. But we see the same thing at the grocery store or at church. We did have a very nice day here today with temps close to 50 and nice sunshine.
