Thank You, Ann!

Ann wrote about growing celery from a stump, so I tried it:

I don’t expect to ever harvest more celery, but it’s fun to watch it grow.

    I did this one time. I placed it in my kitchen window and was really very surprised at how much the celery grew…You will have to keep us updated..

    Glad you gave it a try. It’s fun to watch it grow. Mine is still in water. I need to get a pot to put it in. I’m glad I watched the video for tips on planting it in soil. I also didn’t know about taking some of the outer pieces off. He’s right those outer ones do rot.

    I am just going to have to give this a try. His soil looks a lot like a peat moss mix. I am going to have to shop for some good potting mix. Thanks.
