    LOL, good one. I’ve found that sometimes those less than perfect situations sometimes require a bit of a meltdown before you can pick yourself up and tackle it.

    I do the scream thing a lot… and it takes no thinking at all.. ha ha ha on pearls before swine. I have heard this quote my whole life and beg to differ with it that I can control how I react to everything that happens to me. Some I can and some I can not… I get what the quote means and always have, and yet I find it hard to control reactions.

    sadly, screaming is what usually comes out of me. I must do better. lol.

  5. Just about everything I did yesterday was off and I felt myself loosing it. I just let it happen. Then I’m better.

    Perfect! Usually, I have to stifle my screams ….. but they’re in there all the same.

  8. Not a screamer. But still get overwhelmed. More likely to go silent. Try to figure out if there is anything I can do to change things. If there is–I go for it and can be quite vocal about it. If not–maybe I should scream–lol!
