Couple that with his finely tuned observational skills … and he sure will make his way through life without tripping up.
A Polish man goes to the eye doctor. The bottom line of the eye chart has the letters:

The Optometrist asks βCan you read this?β
“Read it?β, the Pole replies, “I know the guy!β
apparently my reading ability of such tests means I must seek eye-test…I remain quite happily being able to decipher street names from quite some distance…I observe the length – rather than the letters. this has astounded drivers or others who have great eyesight…they don’t really get it that it’s the length of the word, rather than the letters!
it’s a bit like the dizziness, the doc said “how have you coped” – I just did…and I knew if I stopped or slowed the action – it would right itself. (btw feeling so much better with new potions…can seemingly do all kinds of twisting and bending, without the usual angst) π
