Modern Technology

It’s not only humans who have trouble with new technology. Several years ago Beate sent me this video of her cat, Audrey. She has a lot of patience!

  1. LOL – Audrey is such a trier

I’m impressed by her patience and persistence. It’s not enough in her case, but it’s so important in solving tech problems.

Looks like this cat was doing a bit of cyber hunting! Wonder if cats can get frustrated…

  3. nick says:

Fascinating how the cat simply can’t understand the idea of something on a screen and is convinced the birds are somewhere nearby. And as you say, she has so much patience!

  4. Hootin'+Anni says:

The cat video didn’t surprise me. All animals are too smart and patient. I’ve seen waders (birds) that will stand statuesque for hours waiting for the catch of the day.

    Love the comic strip.

And to think I used to entertain my cats with a ball of yarn on a string…lol Loved the video.

bob and i say thank you to you and your friend for sharing this cat. this is hilarious, we howled all the way through. too funny. the cartoon is funny but NOT if you know what i mean

  7. Rose says:

The catvreminds me of Delta…but I have never seen a cat so interested in what is happening on a screen.

  8. Reminds me of some dog videos of seen of dogs trying to figure out mirrors. That woman is trusing to let her cat play on the computer.

    • Jean says:

Kaitlin’s cat sat on a chair in front of the TV to watch her DVDs. I’m with you, I don’t think I would let a cat play with my laptop.

  9. Too funny! More often than I’d like to admit, we resemble that elder in the Pickles comic. *Hanging head*

  10. Love the joke! Oh my, that cat is too cute.
